Coach Carle is a dedicated and talented coach. As per the event posted by Diane, I was witnessed to Diane and her teams continuous harassment of Coach Carle. Coach Carle arrived at the event and stood in the cold for 1/2 prior to the building opening to secure a place for her team to sit. She placed her banner up and her swimmers placed their towels on the bench to warm up. Dianes teams coach arrived late every single day of the 3 day event. Then her coach instructed his parents to go into the restricted area for coaches and swimmers and find a place for the children to sit. There was plenty of additional areas for the children Diane was referring to to sit. However, these CRAZY SWIM MOTHERS broke proper USA swimming procedures entered a Coaches and swimming area so that their children could sit in the front row in which Coach Carle had placed our team banner and some of these swimmers were actually sitting on our swimmers towels while coach Carle was warming her swimmers up. The head team coach, Carle Fierro, deserves a 0 rating! This past weekend my family and my son's swim team attended the Holiday Classic swim meet at Rutgers University. Our team only had 5 children competing in the afternoon session and some kids were already seated on the swimmer's area. CARLE FIERRO, the head coach for this team comes over and states with a ugly attitude that the whole section is for her swimmers only!!!! She yells at one of the moms from our team and starts throwing, YES I SAID THROWING, around our teams possessions!!! I recorded the incident to show the host team what kind of behavior happens in the bleachers from head coaches! She had a full blown temper tantrum like a child that didn’t get what they wanted!! I have never in my life experienced such deplorable behavior from a head coach!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior!!! We waited to see if there actually would be no room for our kids! THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM ON THE BLEACHERS IN HER TEAMS SECTION THAT OUR 5 KIDS WOULD HAVE SAT COMFORTABLY TOGETHER!!!!!! 5 children!!! Not a team of 20 or more! 5 children!!! Shame on the parents for condoning such behavior!! No wonder the team had no sportsmans
